My Fiance and I met Bob Shannon back in September when I tried to setup a tour for a house that was in his district. He was fantastic during the time I worked with him then, so I called him up in April and he worked with me for a few more weeks. I sent him multiple houses multiple different times and he always came back with an answer for each within 24 hours. Most of the time it was with even less time having had elapsed.
